Mercy Fraser is a dedicated public servant with decades of experience in the local government sector. Raised in a close-knit family, Ms Fraser believes that service to mankind is the highest calling of all – a perspective that drives her passion for community development.

In Mercy Fraser’s perfect world, women would have equal rights to make better choices for themselves. There would be no glass ceiling in their career trajectory, and they would have the financial muscle to live life on their own terms. Yet, for most women, life is a continuous battle against endemic poverty, debilitating illiteracy and abuse.

It’s in response to these grim realities that Ms Fraser saw the need to build a platform to empower women with the ability to challenge the status quo – in their own small way.
